Knotty & Nice respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, phone number, delivery address, PIN code and email (if you give it), and the items you ordered.
• Payment: payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or netbanking details.
• On your device: your cart and wishlist are saved in your own browser so they are still there when you return.

How we use it

We use your information only to process and deliver your order, to contact you about it, to give you a receipt and to handle cancellations, refunds and support. We do not sell your personal information.

Who sees it

Your order details are shared with Razorpay (to take payment) and with courier partners (to deliver your order), and only as much as needed for that. Order notifications are sent to our email.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, support, refunds and accounting, and as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us. We will help unless we must keep it to meet a legal requirement. You can clear your cart and wishlist at any time by clearing your browser data.
