Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. Message us on WhatsApp (+91 97162 11765) or email knottyandnice754@gmail.com with your order number. We cannot accept cancellations after 24 hours, because we begin preparing your handmade order soon after you pay.

If your cancellation is accepted, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send your order number and clear photos (an unboxing video helps). After we check it, we will offer you a replacement or a refund. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Other returns

Because our products are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Small differences in colour, finish or shape between the photo and your candle are a natural part of handmade work and are not a defect.

Payment problems

If money was deducted from your account but you did not get an order confirmation, contact us with your payment ID. We will check it and refund any amount that was charged without a confirmed order.
