By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. The website is run by Knotty & Nice (owner: Chandni Chaudhary).

Products

Our products are handmade, so there can be small differences from the photos. We try to show colours and sizes accurately, but screens vary.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). We may change prices or products at any time, but the price you see when you pay is the price you are charged. Payments are made online through Razorpay, using UPI, cards or netbanking. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Orders

An order is confirmed when your payment succeeds. We may cancel an order and refund you if an item is unavailable or there is an error in the price or description.

Offers

First-order offer: a customer gets 10% off the cart total on their first paid order. It is applied automatically at checkout, no code is needed, and it can be used once per phone number. A later order placed with the same phone number is charged the full price. Offers are for a limited time and we may change or end them.

Safe use of candles

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, curtains and other flammable items. Trim the wick before burning and do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. We are not responsible for harm caused by misuse.
