Where we deliver

We currently deliver within India, to any PIN code served by our courier partners.

Dispatch and delivery time

• We usually dispatch your order within 2 working days after your payment is confirmed.
• After dispatch, delivery takes 3 to 5 days.
• During festivals and sale periods, or because of weather and courier delays, delivery can take longer. We will keep you informed.

Shipping charges

• Orders of ₹1,499 or more (after any discount) get free shipping.
• For orders below ₹1,499, shipping is a flat ₹79.

After you order

When your order ships, we will message you on the phone number you gave at checkout. Please make sure your address, PIN code and phone number are correct, because we cannot deliver to wrong or incomplete addresses.

Packing

Candles are delicate. We pack every order with care to help it reach you safely. If something arrives damaged, please see our Refund & cancellation policy.
